Open Air Dance Laboratory

There are no mirrors and wooden floors but, rather, grass and sky. With birdsong and the sound of the Park as music, the children take part in a site-specific workshop on contemporary dance to become familiarised with movement and its possibilities. Physical games and brief dance routines become the occasion for experiencing the Park in a different way.

Unusual itineraries along the inclines of the Stavros Niarchos Park. A walking conversation against a setting of height variations and in situ sensory experiences. The view, the transparency, the brightness, the weather, the accessibility, the rhythm is some of the themes which will be elaborated.
